Hello, do I have to change any settings that has to do with emails?
Customers order products but they don’t get the woo emails. I also tried the “remind my password” process as a customer and I am not getting the email to reset my password too.

This is not theme related. Most probably you php_mail server settings are not correct (some hosting companies would restrict this in order to save server resources).

You’d probably need to use some SMTP mail plugin, as there is nothing you can do in your wordpress settings.
