Is it possible to change by default which products to show on top on the main shop page, I mean, how to sort the products? The dafault is “default sorting” which I don’t understand because it doesn’t show the first products I uploaded, not the last products. The products are all mixed without an apparent reason, they aren’t in the alphabetical order, not ordered by date, not even by category. Can you please help?

This is not theme related. It’s a WooComemrce setting. You can find it under Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product catalog > Default product sorting.
