Solution for the mentioned points
1. Is there any way possible to add Delivery or Takeaway option for customer to select.
2. Can we allow customers to advance orders when the store is closed.
3. Can we notify the customer on the thank you page about how much time will it take, or when they check to track their order they can check the remaining time.

1. Yes, this is a standard WooCommerce feature. Yo can set as many shipping options as you wish (home delivery, local pickup, etc.)
2. Yes, just don’t enable the order hours.
3. No, I am afraid WooCommerce doesn’t have such features. You may probably need to check if such third-partly plugins exist.

i have a simmilar problem.

2.I can disable the order hours, but then there is no info that we have closed. Is there a possibility that the order hours are enabled; the customer gets the Timer and the notification but nevertheless do an order?

4. Is there a possibility that the customer can choose a Date and Time for delivery in a calender?

1. No, I am afraid that would not be possible. When the store is closed, there is no point to have orders enabled. otherwise, you can simply list your working hours somewhere on the site.
