What is the shortcode for the delivery times
Since we also want to show the delivery times in the email

There is no “shortcode” for this. IF you set delivery time it will be shown on the site and the emails.

This is exactly our problem
Delivery time is only displayed in the invoice but not in the e-mail for new customer orders that go to the customer and branch

That’s definitely not the case. Here are screenshots of the 2 mails (client and shop admin):

Make sure you don’t use some modified mail templates.
