Hi, we purchased your plugin some time ago and struggling a lot to make it running. We used your demo for Burgers fast-food delivery and even your showcase doesn’t have delivery zones (but still you claim to provide this feature).

It is really hard to customize wordpress native widgets (like checkout page or product page), but delivery zones feature is completely missing which makes this plugin useless to us as all other functionality can be achieved using a set of free plugins.

We need you either to send us valid package that contains delivery zones feature (as promoted on your website) with demo on how it works or refund us.

The zones, branches and shipping methods are not included in the import, because it is difficult to create universal set up which can be used by most of the areas.
The package ordered from ThemeForest contains everything.

Please follow the documentation, more specific the following section and below: https://www.althemist.com/docs/lafka/index.html#shipping-areas

The shipping zones functionality on the checkout page currently is not available for the WooCommerce Checkout Gutenberg block. You can use it with the traditional way – with the Checkout page.

Let us know if you face any specific issues.

Hi, Alex!

We managed to get it showing up in our admin panel, however, there are still 2 issues we have:
1. The map isn’t shown on the checkout page. There is an empty div that suppose to render the map, but it doesn’t work:

2. We cannot create 1 shipping area with multiple zones. It allows to create only 1 zone per area.

Could you help us with this?
