Hello All,

I just purchased the theme and tried to import demo content. The problem is either the request timed out or it has some software problem. It might be about the servers.

The first request time was: 10/17/2020 @ 12:56 pm (UTC)

The last request time was: 10/17/2020 @ 1:05 pm (UTC)

My Download is 45 Mbps and upload is 14 Mbps (if that matters)

I will try to import it at night but I think you guys need to check it out.

Hello ArifMucahid,

As you suggested, it’s probably your PHP timeout setting too low. You can either increase it OR you may need to run the import several times before all images are imported.

You can do the following – when you try to import the demo and it fails, check in the media library if there are at least some of the demo images. If there are dmo images, but not all – just keep running the import until it says “All done. The page will reload”.

Also, note that the theme plugin (BabyStreet plugin) must be installed and active before you try to import the demo.

As you mentioned I set the timeout to 64000, but now in console there is an error

POST http://localhost/baby/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 500 (Internal Server Error)

PHP time limit: 120 should be more than enough. 64000 would break any server.

Do you have ANY demo images in your media library?
