Hi,
I uploaded the Rigid Demo but it’s not uploading properly. I do not have the WC Marketplace Plugin because I am using Dokan. I have Woocommerce, Mailchimp and Bakery. When I upload the Demo there are no error. The only thing that looks like the demo is the Top header and Footer. Images, search bars, etc. did not import over.

Hello merherr,
No, it can’t be because of the Dokan Plugin. However, keep in mind that with Dokan many areas would look different (e.g. DAshboard, Vendor shop, vendors list etc.).
If you give us temporary admin access to your site,w e can check what’s wrong with the demo import.

Hello merherr,
This is not standard WordPress installation. Premium themes are meant to be used on self-hosted WordPress, not on WordPress.com
Also, it looks like you’re using Dokan instead of WC Marketplace, so there are some differences and also you have some settings and content already made before the demo import. I’d suggest reseting your WordPress and start on clean installation (on real web hosting server, not wordpress.com)
