Hello.

Contact to find out if it is possible to disable in any way the “Address” field in orders so that the user does not enter it when selecting the option to collect in “Local”.

The customer wants to try to avoid confusion and have an address on the ticket if he selects to pick up the order in the same store: “Local”

Would it be possible to find a solution to this?

Another option would be to put in parentheses in the “Address” field: “Do not enter the address if the order is to be picked up locally”

If the first option is not possible, how could I add this message to the form?

Unfortunately that would not be possible. It’s not theme related, it’s just how WooCommerce work.

An order can not be placed without entering at least a “billing address”. (whether you use a billing or shipping address can be set in WooCommerce > Settings

You can still add custom messages with a plugin for editing checkout fields, but the address for billing would still need o be entered.
