Hello, i’m trying to apply a discount for all the product in the store. Is this something that the theme can do?

Hello aldoova,
No I am afraid this can’t be done from a standard WooCommerce interface and it’s not theme related. It’s how WooCommerce work. You’d need a plugin for this. There are many available, but most are premium (paid) plugins.
