Whenever i create a woocomerce product, it display the product with tag icon “New”. But whenever the product goes out of stock, still the image is shown as with tag “New”.

I can see on the demo site that the “out of stock” product displays the tag “out of stock” on the product feature image.
Please let me know how can i make this work for me.

Hi rajnkamr1,

The NEW label is displayed no matter if the product is in stock or not. You can set it to 0 days in Theme Options > Shop.

For the out of stock label, there is another setting in the same place.

Thanks it worked perfectly, Can I add a filter in child theme to display “sold out” instead of “out of stock” !

You don’t need a filter. Just use Loco Translate and change the text string.
