Orders that arrive are printed for the kitchen but the variants are not printed, for example: hamburger + salad + mushrooms + bbq sauce + bacon in the print there is only hamburger + salad

I am afraid that’s definitely not theme related. Most probably a limitation of your printer. If all addons are listed in the order when you check it in the admin, than it’s probably your printer functionality. I guess you’d need to consult this with the printer integration plugin support.

But I have tried almost all the print plugins and even in the invoice sending plugins the variations of the burgers do not appear in detail …

We’ve checked and all order info is available on the order view from the backend. We’ve tried also printing it and all the data appear correctly. The mail for the order is also correct.

You can send us temporary admin account so we can check. Please use “Set as private reply” checkbox so it stays confidential.
Also please explain how can we look (reproduce) the issue.
