    Hi
When the Dokan geolocation search facility is used on the shop page of our site, the page title background increases in size and fills the header and top menu bar. I have tried all the different settings to try and fix this problem with no success. WeDevs suggest it is a theme issue. Can you help? https://thebigsmallshop.co.uk/

    Hi NeiloF,

it looks like the header type for your shop page is set to Transparent Light Scheme, so this is normal. The search result page is using the default product archive page. The Dokan plugin is modifying the main shop page, that’s why you see the standard header there, but the search results page gets the theme option. You would need to set it to Standard in Theme Options > Shop tab.

Thanks, the Theme Options Shop tab is set to Normal for Shop Page Header Style. I have tried the other options, light, dark, overlay and it makes no difference.

Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong? (don’t forget to mark the “set as private reply” checkbox when sending admin credentials)

Done. Don’t forget to clear your cache every time you make changes to your site.

Also, you’re using a really old version of the theme and it’s plugins. It’s extremely important to keep the theme and it’s bundled plugins (including the Rigid Plugin) up to date. Please, update your theme and plugins as soon as possible. The easiest way to do this would be with the official Envato Market Plugin:

    https://envato.com/market-plugin/

Also, the SG Cache system is highly not recommended on WooCommerce sites. I’d suggest using a combination of WP Super Cache and Autoptimize (properly configured).

    Regards,

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks. One of our team members was diagnosed with Covid-19 and we were isolated without the chance to leave home or access our office. We are now back to work and slowly catching up with delayed support tickets. We expect the queue to be cleared and everything to be back to normal schedule by Monday, 29th of June.

Thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Best regards,
Althemist team
