Hi there

Just send us a username and password for an account that already have purchases (invoices). You can use the “set as private reply” feature of the forums for the user credentials.

I am afraid we can’t check your site with that account. We don’t have access to anything. I have asked for an account with already made purchases, so we can test the download invoice functionality. Also, it looks like your default woocommerce pages are not set properly – there is no account link in the header, the cart and checkout pages are not set etc. Even your shop page is not set properly. Also, it looks like you are using some kind of product addons plugin, but the “AJAX add to cart on single product page” is enabled, which may also cause problems with the orders. Please, provide an account where we can test the download invoice functionality. An account with already made purchase (even if it’s a test order).

Hello moniquescott,
If the account page and endpoints are not set correctly the system would never work properly. You can allow the users to make purchase without creating an account, but you can’t forbid this and leave it unset. It is required configuration and this is not theme related. it’s just how WordPress and WooCommerce work.
Also, admin account doesn’t help us, as we still can’t finish an order. What we asked for is access to an account with already made purchase, so we can check the download invoice issue.
We are trying to help, but we really need you to cooperate with us in this regard.
