ResolvedDuplicate Woocommerce Subscription

ParticipantHi, we have an issue with the Lafka theme and woo commerce subscriptions. The client’s website whom which has a meal subscription for the delivery of 5, 10, 15, 20 meals. Everything works perfectly except for one thing, when the client’s customers log in to edit their meals each week it creates a duplicate subscription instead of editing the existing one. Woo commerce has tested it on their end and couldn’t replicate the issue on their test site and has suggested this – Because we can’t replicate this behaviour on our end, the best next step would be to check if there are any conflicts with the theme.

So sorry for the delay. We needed to perform a lot of tests, so we are sure about the results.
We couldn’t replicate the problem either with just the theme and the WooCommerce Subscriptions.
Could you, please provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check your setup in details?

we can only see a privy note with the username and password, but not the website URL.
Also, this is absolutely not needed. The “private reply” is 100% secure when used in your own topics.

It works fine now.
At first glance, this is not theme related. It looks like there are a lot of errors in your WooCommerce log related to the payments. That’s probably the reason for duplicate subscriptions. It could also be caused by a conflict with your other plugins.
Anyways, please, allow a bit more time (3-4 hours) to investigate, so we can be 100% sure.

KeymasterUnfortunately we can’t find the exact reason for this, but it’s definitely not theme related. We can’t replicate it on our servers and after a thorough check – we do not modify anything that could lead to such problems.
BTW, we have quite a lot of Lafka users working with WooCommerce Subscriptions and no one ever reported such a problem.

ParticipantThis is a Pure theme issue with Bundle products that are linked with woocommerce subscriptions. only we are facing this issue if you would fix this it’s very helpful.

KeymasterWe are checking this now, but there is nothing in the combo products that can create such a problem. Will let you know ASAP.
