Hello,

i had a question. where can i find the list of email addresses registering on my website. i am having trouble receiving a welcome email whenever someone registers on my website.

Hi m.adamjee00,

Not really sure what do you mean. Basically WordPress doesn’t keep a list of registered e-mails. However, you can see the e-mail of every user on the “Users” page of your WordPress admin.

If talking about the Mailchimp newsletter subscription users, you can see them in your Mailchimp account.

Actually, both are not theme related. It’s how WordPress and Mailchimp work.

basically what i am asking is, whenever a new customer tries to register on the website, they dont receive a welcome email with the password. i even checked the spam folder but no emails received.

could you help me out with this?

In most cases it’s a server (hosting) related problem, so you should probably consult with your hosting company support.
