    Hello Sir/ Madam,
    I installed your theme and recommended plugin. I changed design and changed all accroding to me. and launched my site few days ego. It was perfectly working. But Today morning issues are coming. First automated mail with from wordpress—

    ” Howdy!

    Since WordPress 5.2 there is a built-in feature that detects when a plugin or theme causes a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with this automated email.

    In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins, Lafka Plugin.”

    After saw this mail I checking my site. It is going wrong. No main menu showing mobile, checkout page 404 error and I don’t know how many problem started!!!….

    HELP ME.

    Hi eparibar,

    That’s really strange. It looks like something on your site (probably a plugin) is conflicting the theme. If you give us temporary admin access we can try to investigate this for you.

    Hi eparibar,

    Sorry for the late reply. Please, note that we are different time zones. When your last comment was sent it was already Friday night in our country. We are not 24/7 business and our technical team is not available during the weekend.

    As for the site – I have just managed to check it and everything seems absolutely fine. No errors anywhere and the mobile menu works absolutely fine.

    Do you still see problems on your end?

    There must be something cached on your mobile. You may need to clear it’s browser cache and saved data. We tried on Samsung Galaxy Note 10, iPhone 12 and Huawei P40 Pro. It works fine on all devices.
