KeymasterWe can’t really tell, as we can’t replicate the problem. As you can see in the screenshot it works absolutely fine on our end.
Do you see the mobile menu on our demo website?

KeymasterI have just noticed it only works when you are loged in. This mean the problem is most probably caused by server cache on your hosting. You should check if there is an option in the server cache settings to support mobile devices, as WordPress is using the is_mobile feature. You’d probably need to check that with your hosting support.

KeymasterHello eparibar,
Ok, there is definitely something wrong. Lets start with the error that you get with the email message.
The error means that following file can not be found: lafka-plugin/incl/combos/includes/modules/min-max-items/class-lafka-combos-mmi-module.php
Please check manually if it exist. If it doesn’t exist then something/someone has deleted it. You can extract a fresh copy of the plugin on top of the old one to fill the gaps.If the file is there and problem persists, please enable debug mode in this WordPress installation and let us know so we can look at the logs in real time.
To enable debug mode, edit wp-config.php file and add following lines:
define( 'WP_DEBUG', true ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false ); define( 'WP_DEBUG_LOG', true );
Let us know.

KeymasterHello eparibar,
Ok, so the problem is related with “SMS Alert Order Notifications” plugin.
We will check the compatibility on our end also and let you know. Probably tomorrow.

KeymasterHello eparibar,
Yes, we were testing on our dev servers, but couldn’t reproduce the problem. Could you please try to delete the SMS plugin and reinstall it. It might be just some random issue, as there no much logic to not find a third file in a row and in the same time include above two.

KeymasterHello eparibar,
Don’t get us wrong. we also try to understand what is going on, as it is really strange issue and is reported to us for first time.
No, sorry, we don’t have similar plugin tested.
Also in order to fully test with this SMS plugin we need to have registration. If you want, send us your account, we will not spent anything from your account, just to test the plugin in its full capabilities.
