ParticipantHello, congratulations on the template.
I found an error with the integration to Payu Latam through its official plugin. (I have done tests in production mode and test mode)
Video 1: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pjQ-0CLl8M5J60Yec5zXLxDfE4MyRy8R
The test is done with the LAKFA template and the answer page fails: https://offsidelivery.com/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-payu-latam/response.phpVideo 2: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1AKQGrHB27UCpgjJOVjUdwLGw8P8eDRMx
The test is performed with the default template and the page works.I hope your help, since I bought the template to sell online through Payu.

KeymasterHello jomachc,
Unfortunately, we can’t really test, because we don’t speak your site’s language and we don’t have Payu Latam accounts.
Could you please check if there are nay errors in the console while trying to complete an order and make a screenshot?

KeymasterBTW, We have just checked your site error log and it looks like there is a problem with your custom code in the child theme:
2020-05-26T15:48:15+00:00 CRITICAL syntax error, unexpected '/', expecting end of file en /home1/dexioomy/public_html/offsidelivery/wp-content/themes/lafka/functions.php en la línea 1425 2020-05-26T16:02:26+00:00 CRITICAL Cannot redeclare custom_woocommerce_states() (previously declared in /home1/dexioomy/public_html/offsidelivery/wp-content/themes/lafka-child/functions.php:31) en /home1/dexioomy/public_html/offsidelivery/wp-content/themes/lafka/functions.php en la línea 1438 2020-05-26T16:09:18+00:00 CRITICAL syntax error, unexpected ''CO1'' (T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING), expecting ')' en /home1/dexioomy/public_html/offsidelivery/wp-content/themes/lafka-child/functions.php en la línea 35
I’d suggest checking with the child theme disabled and just the original Lafka theme.

ParticipantHello Althemis,
The error also originates with the original Lafka theme.
I have changed the language of wordpress and my browser so that this is not the reason that you cannot help me.
You DO NOT need a Payu Latam account to test. The site is in testing mode.
You can use any page that generates credit cards: https://herramientas-online.com/generador-tarjeta-credito-cvv.php
If the card is rejected in the test, you can also see the problem that occurs when you click the button to return to the store page.I send you a video with the problem and the messages from the console: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1dmn3tG_K3vUzukC2QEhjqcUWxZ2JgvRZ/view?usp=sharing
I thank you for the help. Sorry for the English, I use google translate.

KeymasterHi jomachc,
The console error clearly shows that there is a problem with the plugin XML configuration. This is not theme related, so we can’t really provide much help. I guess you’d need to consult with the payment gateway support team.
Basically, we do not touch anything that interferes with payment methods.

ParticipantThe error does not appear when using the default template. With this I discard that the reason is what you indicate.
Thanks for the support, I will put my rating and try to claim the refund

ParticipantUPDATE:
The XML error you indicate only appears because the payment gateway is in test mode. In addition, this message appears on the Payu page and is not the problem that I report. The problem I report is that it doesn’t work when you click the “return to store” button
Sir, I am not a newbie in ecommerce implementation. I have done many integrations in Payu. First time I have a problem like this.

ParticipantUpdate 3:
Payu Support responded and indicates that it is in conflict with the Template Styles Plugin. It indicates that this problem must be solved by you, but since you cannot help, I formally request a refund of the money because the template does not serve me. I want to sell online through Payu.
Answer OFFICIAL PayU
Cordial greeting,
Responding to the report made in a polite way allows us to report the error presented because they are using a style plugin that conflicts with our payment plugin. In this case we suggest the following: You could either remove your style plugin or tell your processor to modify the response.php file in our plugin so that it doesn’t conflict with what ours does.
Any additional concerns will be gladly addressed,
attentively
Technical Support Team.

ParticipantUPDATE 4:
I have bought another template to show you that the plugin always works smoothly.
Here I share the video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bDf8HgU5yQFsLOjk-m8A7c4VcArNg8nO/view
I liked the template, but I’m disappointed with the support. Mainly from your answer. “I can’t help you because your platform is in Spanish and I don’t have a Payu account”
Give me my money back please.

KeymasterHello jomachc,
We will approve your refund request. However, please note that we do not have any “style plugin” in the theme nor alter the checkout process in any way.
