We recently updated our website using your theme. We spent a significant amount of time designing the site and implementing its various features. The site has been online for a few days now, but unfortunately, we are experiencing significant issues. Our sales have decreased, and almost all customers are reporting the same problem: a persistent popup.

Over the past few months, we have reached out to you several times, but the responses we received were brief and did not provide a starting point for us to address the issue. We have excluded the WooCommerce session cookie and tried everything within our capacity, but the problem persists.

Even though everything appears to be functioning correctly on our computers, at least 70% of our customers keep reporting the same complaint.

I kindly request that you thoroughly review the website this time and provide specific guidance on how we can resolve the popup issue to ensure customer satisfaction.

I am experiencing the same issue and the only way I was able to fix it is by disabling any caching plugin. However I don’t consider this as a fix, but rather as a workaround.

In order to provide you with support, we need more information what exactly is the issue. “Persistent popup” is not enough. Please explain in more details. When it happens? Try to reproduce it. Any information will be in help. Also share with us what exactly modifications you’ve made to the code of any of plugins or the theme. You have a complex setup with many plugins and we can’t create same site as yours. Hope you understand.

When I open the site I get popup with countdown counting the time left to open the store. I am closing it and it doesn’t appear again when browsing through the pages. So far nothing suspicios.

In order to find and fix the issue, we need to reproduce it somehow. So let’s concentrate on this.
