– Time to Deliver (now or …) max orders by hours
– Automatic Address Completion using Google Maps API
– Maximum Distance to Delivery

No, I am afraid these are not theme related, so they can’t be part of the theme.

However, there are plugins for this (both free and premium). You should probably do a research and find which of them would suit your needs.
