Hello,

Not sure why, but the facebook icon on my theme is missing. Also, I have noticed on other sites that when you hover over it, the icons turn to the color that matches the social media platform. Mine has never done that. How can I fix these issues?

Are you using Dokan instead of WC Marketplace?

If so – this is a problem with the Dokan plugin. They are force loading an old version of the Font Awesome and overriding the facebook icons in the CSS.

As for the hover color, that would depend on the header type. The transparent header for example can’t display the colors as the icons are set in specific color.

Yes, I am using Dokan.

I ended up switching the header type to standard and that enabled the color. I still am not able to see the facebook icon. It just shows up as a square.

Yes, we know that. As I already explained, the Dokan plugin is loading their own version (a really old one) of the FontAwesome icons that are overriding the theme’s icons and the WP Bakery Icons.

We have already told them, but it’s totally out of our control to fix this.
