Hello,

I buyed the theme, install the theme on localhost via wamp, install all the necessary plugins, activate the necessary plugins and then import the demo data.

So i found that the the demo data is not all imported. Why? Some pages missing, some products with variables and extra topping missing and in your demo that pages and products appears.

For example this page: https://lafka.althemist.com/fastfood/product/build-your-burger/ on my localhost wamp is not.

This page as same missing from import data: https://lafka.althemist.com/fastfood/product/fixed-price-combo/ …and other pages

By the way this is the demo data template i imported: https://lafka.althemist.com/fastfood/

I saw today you made an update. I installed again fresh wordpress, download the latest theme update, installed the theme with all the necessary plugins and the content is not all imported.

I mention that I did not receive any errors when importing the data

So … what is the solution to import this demo: https://lafka.althemist.com/fastfood/ with all the content?

Did you installed the lafka plugin before importing the demo?

Unfortunately, while on WAMP server there is no way to access your site and check what could be wrong.

Did you try installing it on a real web based server that covers the WordPress requirements?

It’s possible that your WAMP settings are not correct or using unsupported PHP version. We can’t tell without the possibility to access your admin.

The steps for install was in this order:
– install fresh wordpress
– install and activate the theme lafka
– install all the necessary plugins
– activate the plugins
– import the demo theme

I did the same steps on a real web server and the result is the same.

If you want, i am now connecting to the server and i install a fresh wordpress and the theme and give you credentials for access.

I just install wordpress and upload the theme on real web server. You install and activate the plugins and then import this demo data: https://lafka.althemist.com/fastfood/

BTW, I have just checked again and the import works absolutely fine on our end. If you give us admin credentials we will install the demo on your site.

Hello Hello giovanbo22,

The import works fine on your site. The only problem with those products is the fact that it’s installed in sub-folder of the domain, so the path in the menu is not correct. You’d need to manually add the /gp/ part.

Other than that – everything looks ok:

On my localhost, on wamp i have installed php 7.4 and still don`t import all the product page or other pages.

I go to speak with the team to update the version of php on web based server and reinstall the fresh wordpress with the theme.

Done. Now i have php 7.4 active.
I installed a fresh wordpress and upload the theme.
