ResolvedFiltering issues

    Hi, I got a problem recently with the filters on my product page, when I use them, the page is loading but all my products are invisible, it seems like everytime I use a filter, the page loads the right products but don’t add the “prod_visible” class to the product so they’re invisible. Could you tell me where should I look into the theme (php or js files) to check why that class isn’t used when ordering?

    I am glad you managed to fix the problem. Basically, that sounds like a JS conflict on your site.

    Hi Dimitar,

    I have the same problem.
    Check this your page:
    https://babystreet.althemist.com/product-category/girls-clothing/t-shirts

    and try change price range from 26 to 36, price filter will disappear.
    Also on the screen should be No products message but not nothing.

    The same problem is on chrome and firefox.

    Hello radojko,

    Your problem is totally different than the one discussed above. It looks like you just don’t have any products withing the selected terms “price range from 26 to 36”, so the system can’t return results.

    Also, please always open your own topic and don’t post in other user’s topics, even if it looks like a similar problem.

IMPORTANT!!!

Hello everybody! Please, accept our sincere appologies for the delaeyd support last 2 weeks.
