dear concerned person. i need this to change … need step by step guide line to do this like same .. slider need to change just this image how can i do pls let me know

The image can be changed by editing the Row element’s background.
As for the footer – it looks like you have some additional footer plugins (colophon), so we can’t tell why the theme footer is not displayed.
