In the footer I would like to know how to modify the “Have a Question” and “Payment Options” menus.

Hi gaelleannive,
These are standard widgets. YOu can modify them under Appearance > Widgets > Footer Sidebar.
It is recommended to install the “Classic Widgets” plugin, so it’s easier to control them.
