Hello panagou.de,
Looks like you are using some additional plugins and multiple plugins output on the same place or something like that. We can’t tell for sure from the screenshot.
You can try to add custom css to style it. Or give us some more information, about what plugins you are using and a link to your site.

Hi panagou.de,
You can place the code under Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and it will be preserved even if you update the theme.
