ParticipantHi there,
I have generated and added the Google API key in the theme options but still keep getting the “For Development Purposes Only”.
Site URL is: http://indianfoodtakeout.com/contact/
Can you please advise?
Thanks,
MS

ParticipantAlso, if the “Calculate Route” option is not going to work for non-US accounts, then can you please guide me on how to turn that one off? There is no point in clients seeing it and then getting frustrated if it will not work.
Thanks,
MS

KeymasterHello manu.sharma,
I have just checked your website and the map works fine. No “for development only” sign there. May be you’d need to clear your cache.
As for the directions – they would work worldwide, but only in the US you can use a ZIP code. For all other countries you can use address as starting point. However there is an error in your console. It looks like your API project is not allowed to use the direction services. You’d need to configure your API project properly and allow the use of directions:

KeymasterHello manu.sharma,
1. The buttons can’t be stacked one over another, as they are set as “inline buttons. This is not theme related, it’s how the WP Bakery Page Builder work.
2. The problem is caused by the layout you use. There is just no enough space for the button if the 2 column on mobile is enabled. There are two options – either set it back to default (single column) OR use Loco translate and change the button text to something shorter – e.g. just Order.
3. This is caused again by the 2 column layout on mobiles you use. However, please note that this is meant to be used with images, not with text that must be readable. It’s just not possible to have readable texts on mobiles there, as they would be resized anyway. Even with one column on mobiles, there should be an image, not text.

ParticipantWe’ve purchased 2 copies of this theme officially. Trying to figure out how to remove “Development only” notices and integrate Google maps? We’ve generated API keys already. Thanks.

KeymasterHello pkdev,
Did you insert your API key in the corresponding Theme Options field? It’s in the General tab of the Theme Options panel.
