Hello,

I am having problems setting up Google Map & location areas.
– Google Maps does not work.

Also, when paying for a product, the Google Map with the customer’s address cannot be loaded.

I have entered a License key (API) from Google Maps and also a License key from Maxmind.
I have looked at all the settings but still the system does not work.

If you need login details from the site I would be very happy to hear from you.

I haven’t heard anything about my ticket yet. Would like a solution soon so I can move on.

I must say that the Lafka theme is a beautiful design but the support for it is very poor. They claim to provide support but in no way do you get contact.

You pay for 6 months support at purchase but it fails to deliver in all cases.

1. No response on the contact page
2. Also on repeat requests you get no response
3. On the forum you get no response at all
4. Creating a ticket is not possible
5. They cannot be reached by phone
6. On their facebook page you can’t send a reaction.
7. The only thing left is:
8. Filing a complaint with Envato and/ or Themeforist.

We are sorry for the delay.

It looks like the required Google Maps API keys are not added to the theme or the keys are not properly configured in Google.
