Hello,
I had a previous theme in my wordpress, all the structure of the website is ready however I wanted to move to Grosso to install the sunglasses Demo.
I activate theme, I click on import Demo it says that is Ok but it doesn’t import the pages, the menu header etc..
Any help urgent?

Hello cracos,

It sounds like the theme plugin (Grosso plugin) wasn’t installed before you try to import the demo.

Also, please note that demo import can override some of your pages and settings. It must be used with extreme caution on “live” sites. Generally, the demo import was made for a quick start on clean installation.

Please, check if the Grosso plugin (and all other plugins under Appearance > Install plugins menu) is installed and activated before you try the import.

If the problem persists, please let us know, so we can assist you further.

I tried but it’s the same the pages are not imported..

Actually we started working with a theme but it was not good enough, no enough customization for us so we choosed yours but we can’t start from scratch, lot of other plugins are installed on it

Hello cracos,

that would be really strange if no error is displayed and the theme plugin is installed.

Could you, please provide temporary admin access, so we can check what could be wrong?
