I am trying to remove the header with the title and two people in the background of the Burger template. This is not on the template shown in Themeforest. I don’t understand how or why you would make it so difficult to figure this out. I could not find it in the documentation as well.

It looks like the page title is enabled on that page. When you initially import the demo it is disabled. Enter the Edit page mode (in admin) and check for the title settings on the right-hand side column.

This is how the demo looked out of the box…I did remove the image, however. Could not figure out how to remove the title.

Make sure Page Title and Breadcrumb are set to “No”

It says that it’s disabled because it’s a shop page.

It’s absolutely not possible that it doesn’t exist. 🙂 It may look slightly different if you have the Gutenberg editor left enabled, but it is still there.

Could you, please give us temporary admin access to your site?

Oh, that makes sense then. In WordPress Blog page and Shop page can’t be fully edited. And it’s a huge problem to have your Shop page set as a Home page too.

Was it a clean WordPress installation before you import the demo, or there was some content? If you don’t have a content different than the demo content, I’d suggest reseting your wordpress with a plugin like this and then import the demo without setting anything else before that.

We can do this for you if you give us temporary admin access. with administrator role.
