    Where can I edit the slider/header image on the contact page?

    Which contact page header image? Could you please give us more details and a link to the page?

    Currently, there is no image applied on your page, but the header type is set to transparent.

    When you enter the page edit screen in the admin, there will be a column with settings on the right. Either change the header type there OR add an image using the button just bellow the header type selector.
