    Hi!
I’ve been trying for a few days to get my background picture in the header of my homepage to be full size, not just a small slice of it.
I can’t get the background of my main menu to be transparent (as you could see the picture below) neither.
I also rarely have the same presentation of my page when I click on ‘preview’ and when I update my page afterward but I dont know if it is a template issue or an editor one. I use WP Bakery if it helps.
    Thank you

    Hello Brocnbroll,

Could you, please provide a working link to your site, so we can check the problem “live”. I am afraid we can’t figure out what could be wrong by just reading an explanation.

    Regards,

    Of course!

I m also sending you a tryout that was closer to what I want my homepage to look like. As I said before, this is a preview that didn’t show in the update page. If it’s possible, I would like for the background picture to be even more long.
kinda what I m looking for

Sorry for my english, I try my best!
    Thank you

    Hello Brocnbroll,

What I see on that page is the page title. In our demo the page title for the home page is disabled in the page options and image is not set as a title background. It’s assigned as a background to a full-height row element.

The easiest way to see how it’s done would be to import the demo content and play with it.

    Hello!
Thank you for the answer, I found it really useful.

No idea how to import the demo though. Now I have a problem whith the torn paper effet (again). I understood how to put it on my page but I always have two effect lines. I would like to put only one of them on my page. Or keep the two but facing the other way.

    Thanks you.

    Hello Brocnbroll,

You can import the demo content with a single click under Theme Options > Demo Import.

Basically, the torn paper effect can be assigned sitewide on page title and page footer from the theme options AND you can apply it to a ROW element in the page builder. Looking at the structure of your page, it looks like there are some empty rows with the effect that needs to be removed.

    Regards,
    Dimitar
