Hi I was recently trying to add more labels to my header food menu (I attached a screenshot to show it) but after adding 2 more labels to the original ones I found out that both of my header menus (the ones on the photo) has been disappeared, I did everything to fix it, I even reopened the demo theme but didn’t fix it, all my menu and theme settings seem to be alright and honestly, I think it might be a glitch or a bug from the theme. Please help me with this. Thank you

    Hello shayan78,

We have checked this on our environment and it doesn’t seem to be a bug. If the menu is still there in the admin, most probably you have accidentally disabled the menu position (Top Left Menu and Top Right Menu).

Check under Appearance > Menus > Manage Locations if the Correct position is assigned for both menus.

Also, please note that the menus must be edited under Appearance > Menus and not under Appearance > Customize > Menus.

    Hope this helps.

If the problem persists, please provide temporary admin access to your site, so we can check what could be wrong.

    Regards,
    Dimitar

Hi again, so as I already explained, I did all the steps that you also mentioned, but doesn’t seem to solve this issue. Therefore I think it’s better to do this yourself by going to my admin. What should I provide?

    Hello shayan78,

We have just checked your website and it looks absolutely normal to me. The top menus are there.

However, I can see other problems on your site. They could be related to the fact that you’re using a really old version of the theme. You have v. 1.2.8 while the actual theme version is 1.4.2.1

    Regards,
    Dimitar
