ParticipantHello everyone,
I bought the Zass theme, thinking that i will be able to install the multi vendor theme that is complete witht all the pages and i have to do the minor changes in the buttons and customize as per my business needs, just like the demo as a multi vendor marketplace. However, what i got was just the theme and i have to build everything in it from scratch. I don’t know where or how to begin! Appreciate any advice?December 9, 2019 at 9:42 am #20277Althemist
KeymasterHello nora261,
You’d need to install the theme and it’s plugins first (Zass Plugin, WooCommerce, YITH Wishlist)
Than, you’d need to install the WC Marketplace plugin. When it’s done you can go to Theme Options > Demo Import and click on the marketplace demo to import. That would replicate the entire marketplace demo on your website to work with. The only thing missing there will be the vendors accounts from the demo. You’d need to have your own vendors.
Hope this helps.

ParticipantThank you very much Dimitar for the feedback.
I’m still trying to import, as the Zass marketplace demo is not yet appearing in the themes to change to it. I checked a previous thread where you advised the person to check the Media then Library, so i did and I can see many pictures there, it seems it’s importing bit by bit. Do you think i need to continue clicking on import till it finishes ?
Also i see that something called WP Bakery Page builder plugin keeps appearing so i activated it but it asks for a licences. Do i need to buy a license?
Appreciate your assistance.Kind regards,

KeymasterHello Nora,
Sorry for the late reply.
Yes, sometimes you’d need to run the import several times.
The WP Bakery Page Builder is required for the theme to work properly! Same goes for the Zass plugin! As I already explained in my previous answer, you’d need to have all plugins installed before you try to import the content.
License for the WP Bakery Page Builder is not required. This is so called “bundled plugin”. Bundled plugins are fully functional (except some “premium features” like page templates and automatic updates), but you don’t have a standalone license for it. It’s a bit unfair by the plugin authors, as we have an extended license for their products, but it’s some kind of marketing strategy to get more direct buyers. You can read the official Envato position on “bundled plugins” here:
https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we can try to investigate what’s wrong with the demo import and fix it for you.

KeymasterHello nora261,
We’d also need the site URL.

KeymasterHello Nora,
I have just checked and the Import works just fine. You just had another page set as home page for your website.
It looks Ok now.
