I would like to make my header a carousel as well as the template you show, how can I do that?

The tamplate that you show in the envato market is showing a carrousel on the home as you enter the site. After installing the tamplate this is not what is presented, there is only an image instead of a carrousel.

Just a note: It would be nice if you used email as a support or if you made this platform have a way of attaching an image, it would be helping a lot to follow up on an image so you can better understand my problem

OK, I understood now. Actually, it’s not the header. It’s a “content slider” element in the content built with WP Bakery page builder. The easiest way to see how it’s done is to import the demo data (Theme Options > Demo Import)

I have just checked your website. THe slider (what you call a carousel) is there. You just have the title enabled for your home page. Edit the page and disable the title and breadcrumbs in the right column settings.

I have already explained how and where in my previous answer. When you edit the page in the admin area, there will be a column with settings on the right. There are settings to disable the page title and the breadcrumb.

as I explained, nothing resolves as I said I already made the attempt, if you want to enter the adm account sent so you can see and even modify it is at your disposal

I have just checked your website admin area. It looks like you have set the home page to be also a main shop page. This can’t be used like that. In WooCommerce you must have a separate page for main Shop page. When you remove the association with Shop you’ll be able to sue all page options for the home page.

It’s clearly explained in the options column of your site:
