Hi, Thanks for the theme, it’s very good, but I have questions if it is possible:

1.- Is there a way to hide the customer’s address if local pickup in the store is selected?, since if the client is going to pick up the order, these fields do not apply and the purchase would be faster

We are working on a new option to hide some checkout fields when local pickup option is chosen. We hope it will be ready for the next major update. Currently it’s not possible, as the local pickup is not a standard method, so you can’t use a plugin based on methods.

As for the popup window, I’ll discuss with the team if it’s possible to do this too. Can’t guarantee or give you a strict ETA, though.

Related to the pop-up window, it would avoid address queries when the business is closed and it would lower the number of queries with the Google Maps API, which is paid.

Sorry for the late response.

No, I am afraid we are still not ready with the next major update and I still can’t give you any strict ETA. It would probably take 2-3 weeks more.

On the other questions:

1. That’s currently not possible, but it’s in the pipeline for the next update too.

2. I am afraid that’s not theme related. It’s how WooCommerce work. Product search system only search in product names and product descriptions.

thank you very much for the update, some really very important functions are coming and make the work on the development of this theme amazing.
-New: Added options to set countries and bounds coordinates where Google autocomplete to look for addresses: perfect 🙂
-New: Set available order types per branch (Delivery/Local Pickup/Both), so some of your branches can offer all services and others just some of them (e.g. – pickup only): perfect 🙂

Due to this update: New: All stores closed message and countdown to next opening in order to save requests to Google API when not needed
where is the message reflected? or just hide the popup where address is entered?.. we have activated this option but it has only hidden the popup window where address is entered.

The other: Is it possible in a new update…

2.- Hide the address field in checkout when it is local pickup (another plugin applies it but with the dine in option): https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-food-restaurant-menu-food-ordering/25457330, maybe do the same in lafka with local pickup, this point would be very useful for the subject, since to withdraw locally it is not necessary to enter that data and the client is confused by this option

The all stores closed message will appear with countdown if you have set order hours properly and ALL branches are currently closed. It looks like this:

Also, when all stores are closed, there will be an option to close the modal, so the users can browse the site (without the possibility to place an order)

1. Yes, the limit number of orders per time slot will be presented both as a general option AND per-branch option.

2. Yes, this will be introduced in the next update. We couldn’t include those options in the last update, because it was kinda urgent due to a bug on checkout.

As for the automatic order printing, this is not theme related. The WooFood plugin includes a desktop application (program) for printing. It’s not part of the plugin itself.

There is inconsistency in the countdown clock that is shown in products for the opening of the business, it marks the hours and minutes wrong, but the pop-up window is correct, attached image.

(On the website there is only one active branch and the opening hours are the same for general lafka and for the branch).

Everything is configured correctly and as it was in previous versions (without this problem), only the pop-up window of the new version was activated
