KeymasterHello morenavecchi,
1. I guess you’re talking about the off-canvas sidebar button. If so – you can disable the off-canvas sidebar under Theme Options > Sidebars. Also, make sure there are no widgets in this sidebar area under Appearance > Widgets.
2. I am afraid I don’t understand. Could you, please explain more?

KeymasterHello morenavecchi,
2. I am still confused. Please, describe exactly what would you like to do with the current menu? If it’s just hiding in – you can do this with CSS, but it can’t be completely disabled.
3. I am afraid I really don’t understand that one too. Which one of these two sites is based and Zass and what are you truing to achieve?
Sorry, but I really don’t understand.

ParticipantHello
I’m sorry if my english is not so good 🙂
2. Yes exactly, i did it
3. My client keeps changing his mind… I’m using Zass template on http://www.ilgiardinodellezucche.it and now she wants the cart always visible in PC and in responsive mode with smartphone; I inserted the cart on top menu with plugin WP menu cart
Surfing by smartphone, is there the possibility of decreasing the distance between the white part of the template and the heart where the writing is “Best handmade goods”
Is there the possibility to send a screenshot with next questions to be more clear?
Thanks a lot

KeymasterHello Stefano,
I can’t see “Best handmade goods” anywhere on that page. May be it is in Italian?!?
As for the screenshots – yes, you can post screenshots or links to screenshots, but they must be uploaded somewhere else (e.g. dropbox or similar service).

KeymasterHello Stefano,
Now I see. In this case, you’d probably need to decrease the top padding of the row containing the image and text. Unfortunately, the WP Bakery Page Builder doesn’t have separate settings for desktop and mobiles, but you can easily overwrite the default top padding if you assign an ID to that row and insert a custom CSS rule with media query.
