Hello guys,

At my home page I have the newsletter option for my customers to insert the name and email, but when we click the button to send, nothing happens, looks like the button is not working.

Is there something we might be missing?

probably your subscription form is not properly configured. Is it a MailChimp for WP form or another plugin? Please, at least provide a link where we cans see the problem “live”. We can’t just guess what could be wrong.

hello,

I was using WP Contact Form7. I manage to solve it.

Now I tried with mail poet, and I inserted the shortcode at the same place as the Contact Form7, but the design options are not the same, no small lines around the form space and also the send button.

Could you please help to make this looks like as it was before? thanks.

Hello beunyke,

This is a MailChimp for WP form. It would look different if using another plugin. The only way to have the same llok and functionality would be to use the same plugin:

We have just checked the link you provided and the contact form works absolutely fine. The test message was successfully sent.

Also, please, whenever you have questions, always open your own topic and don’t post in other user’s topics.
