How can I change the house number and street.
Now the house number always comes first and then the street name, but here in Europe the street name always comes first and then the house number

I am afraid that’s not theme related and can’t be changed. This is the Google address format. It can’t be changed, as Google is parsing it automatically as per it’s databases.

As I already explained this cannot be change. It’s just the way Google output address data.
