    Hello alex77,

    The easiest way would be with the official Envato Market plugin (inclided with the theme). Just don’t forget you’d also need to update theme theme plugins too.

    The other option would be manually via FTP, as it is explained in the theme documentation:

    No, if it’s done properly nothing will be lost, but “reinstall” is not the way to do it!

    The best way would be to update the theme using the Envato Market plugin and all plugins after that under Appearance > Install Plugins pae. You can also update manually via FTP.
