How to adjust font size of header element (The part above the header with phone number) and how to adjust the woocommerce font? everything is so small

Hello adsmanager.biz,
General font sizes are assigned under Theme Options > Fonts.
As for the phone number and similar elements in that container, the only way would be with CSS.
