The Footer menu (if really talking about the MENU) is controlled just like any other menu in WordPress. Under Appearance > Menus you can create a menu and assign it to position “Footer Menu”.

1. The “Lafka theme by theAlThemist | © 2021 All rights reserved” text is set under Theme Options > Footer Settings
2. The Toppings are product addons. You can find information and instructions on how do they work here – https://althemist.com/docs/lafka/#!/addons
