ParticipantI’ve noticed there is text in the footer that says “You can also place custom seals code here if you wish.” I have tried quite a few different ways to place my comodo ssl trust seal where the text is right under the credit cards and it doesn’t show up. I’ve installed headers and footers plugin to place javascript in the body and place html where this text is and no luck…I have tried placing every line of javascript and html into the widget area and still no luck.. Could you guide me as to how to place the seal where this text is ?

KeymasterHello zerotechz,
Basically, you can use either the seals code filed of our widget, or you can use the default HTML widget for this.
Make sure you cleared your site’s and browser’s cache after that.
If you still can’t make it work, please provide temporary admin access details, so we can check what could be wrong.

ParticipantI’m able to use the html widget to place the SSL seal in the footer however the seal pulls to the left and does not go under the credit cards in the footer widget . I cannot get the seal to go where the words say “You can also place custom seals code here if you wish” which is where I’d like the seal placed. I thought since these words were holding placement the seal could be placed right under the credit cards in footer

KeymasterMay be there is something in your seal code that;s filtered by the system. Is it an HTML code or JavaScript? The seal code filed of the cards widget would only work with HTML code.

ParticipantIwas thinking the same thing as far as the widget only accepting html code so I installed headers and footers plugin.. I placed javascript into footers area and placed the html into the area under the credit cards but seal does not show up. I then attempted placing the javascript into the header and still no luck

KeymasterThat would depend on the seal code you have. Some seal codes can not be separated in two different places. In this case you’d probably need to use the HTML widget, not the card widget, as our widget can’t accept JS code. It’s forbidden by themeforest rules, so we can only allow HTML code there.
