We are facing website loading speed issue with your theme. We have a Wp-rocketpurchased licence and according to WP Rocket support team this issue caused due to a animated spinner load when browse the website marketic.io.

I checked your site and I see that WP Rocket is helping to save loading time, I did a couple of tests, and I got this:

With WP Rocket: http://prntscr.com/tu2oif
Without WP Rocket (With ?nocache bypass): http://prntscr.com/tu2onp
In this case, you have an animated spinner http://prntscr.com/tu2quc that is present when your site is loading, the spinner will be there until your site is completely loaded, this includes a lot of JavaScript executions that you don’t need to wait, because the site should be visible before those JavaScript executions (depends on the theme).

In this case you may want to disable that Spinner, I don’t know if you are using a plugin or this is a theme feature, but check if this can be disabled and try again.

Hello neeraj,

The pre-loader animation can be disabled under Theme Options > General. It’s the second option on the page. It’d save you approx. 1 second before the site is visible, but it’s not the reason your site is a bit slow and it’d only be a visual improvement (not a real gain in loading speed). The problems on your site are the google re-captcha loading and the Tidio chat plugin. Other than that it loads pretty well.
