ParticipantHi Dimitar,
Time and again I get HTML scripts in the side bar (Shop & Blog sidebar) in different pages and they not appear proper. Sometimes they go away, and sometimes they are there. It gives a very bad interface to customers when that happens. Any reason why it is happening?

KeymasterHello laagom,
We can’t diagnose a problem by looking at a screenshot. However, please check if you have the same widget assigned to another are on the same page – e.g. in the footer or the off-canvas sidebar. This could be the reason as the widget ID are duplicated.
If not, please provide a working link to your site and temporary admin access details, so we can check what else could be wrong there.

KeymasterI am trying to login into your website. There is no matter if it’s self hosted or wordpress.com
Also, please note that hosting commersial site running premium themes and plugins on wordpress.com hosting is highly not recommended as it may cause a huge number of unpredictable problems with plugins functionality. wordpress.com is good enough for personal websites, but that’s it.
