When I try to buy something on my website, and I add all of the info required and hit “place order” it loads and then does nothing. As a result I cannot buy anything.

On the Vendor Dashboard, the order says Pending Payment. Is this a problem with woocommerence?

    Hi infoblaccstore,

Can’t tell without checking your website, but it’s definitely not theme related. Most probably wrong WooCommerce settings. If you give us temporary admin access to your site, we may be able to find the problem and give you directions.

How do I give you access to my site?

You can post it here. Just don’t forget to mark the “Set as private reply” checkbox.

We’d also need temporary admin access, as I already explained.

Just create a new account for us and post the credentials here using the “private reply” feature. It’s a standard practice and absolutely safe.

    Hi infoblaccstore,

There are 2 problems on your site.

    1. Your paypal settings are not complete, so the card payments can’t be used.

    2. There are JS errors on your checkout page caused by some Google address plugin which blocks the checkout process.

    1. How can I solve the Paypal settings? Would this be under the Woocommerence settings?
    2. Do you know what could be causing this, and how to solve this problem?

    1. Yes, you’d need to finish linking your Paypal account in the WooCommerce payment settings.
    2. No, I am afraid we can’t help with this. I guess you can try disabling the Google address autocomplete plugin and see if that would fix the JS errors.
