KeymasterHi Sofi,
I am afraid we can’t just guess what could be wrong, but it sounds like some of your WooCommerce pages are not properly set under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced tab. Also, a permalink rebuild may be required on your site.
If you provide a working link and temporary admin access details, we may try to investigate further.
P.S.: There is really NO NEED TO USE CAPS LOCK for your messages.

KeymasterHi Sofi,
1. There are several ways to do this. You can make yor products featured and use the “Featured Products” content element on the home page instead of “Latest products”. You can also display a custom list of products by ID or name if using the standard “Products” content element.
2. There is a compatibility problem with the latest version of Facebook for WooComemrce plugin, we are working on. An update with fix will be released a bit later today.

ParticipantHi guys,
I was able to update the theme and now the pixel is working. thank you for that.
I would like to ask you one more thing:
1- The shipping options are not working. I would like to hide the “shipping to” in check out as it is set as default. Instead i just want the customer to be able to put his address.
2- Another thing that i would like to hide is the name of the vendor where it says shipping in checkout too. i just want the word shipping to appear, not ‘vendors name shiipping’.how can i fix that?
thank you!

KeymasterHello sofi,
1. and 2. – I am afraid this is not theme related and it can’t be changed. It’s how multi-vendor plugins work, because each vendor would ship their own products. Alternatively, you may consult with the multi-vendor plugin support team if they can assist you, but there is nothing we as theme developers can do.
It’s really strange that it was fixed initially and than the error appears again. Make sure you have updated both the theme AND the theme plugin (Rigid Plugin) and also clear all WooCommerce sessions under WooCommerce > Status > Tools.
Additionally, we are currently in contact with the Facebook for WooCommerce support team and they are checking if there is something incompatible within the theme code.

KeymasterHi Sofi,
Basically, the most important part of the “optimization” is the hosting quality.
We are using a combination of WP Super Cache and Autoptimize + some manual optimizations of the expire headers and other caching methods. The theme itself is pretty fast and well optimized, as you can see on this web site. Our site is running on the Rigid theme too.
As you can see here, there are still a lot of things to be optimized on your website:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/ecobuy.store/r3JjieNu
Also, you can see here it takes 2 seconds for TTFB (Time To First Byte) which means your server is either slow OR experiencing technical difficulties:
https://gtmetrix.com/reports/ecobuy.store/r3JjieNu#timings
A good optimization would probably bring it down to 5-6 seconds, but for a real fast website, you’d need a better hosting. Also, keep in mind that a good optimization can’t be done with plugin only. They would certainly help, but there is lot more to be done.
If you don’t feel comfortable or experienced enough to do all the optimizations we can offer that service for $149.
