Hi,
I bought the theme and I’m installing it on my own server… It was difficult with the previous version, but I still managed to import the demo, and now I can’t…
I look at the logs and see that it returns a number of errors – duplication in the database and others such as something like Script timed out before returning headers: admin-ajax.php, referer: https://нннннн.eu/wp-admin/themes.php ?page=rigid-optionsframework…
Please help, I have increased memory times and mimits, decreased, changed server type, etc.

Hello Venty,
If it is your own server, you may have missed some configuration. Use the WordPress diagnostic tools, you me spot something.
Tools -> Site Health

Hi,
I checked Tools -> Site Health, no significant problems were indicated… I tested everything separately, changed php versions 7.4.33, 8.1.xx, increased parameter sizes, decreased and it does not import….
In the error logs, it repeatedly gives me errors of the kind mentioned above… https://нннннн.eu/wp-admin/themes.php ?page=rigid-optionsframework…
Where can I send you files with the logs, because in addition to the specified errors, it also gives me errors when importing data and the iv database…
In the previous version I was able to import the sample data…
