Just follow the instructions in the theme documentation. Everything we can tell here is already explained there with screenshots. You’d need to set the first level link as mega menu, than create a second level that serves as column and in the third level you can mark the “use description filed”, so you can place whatever HTML you want in the menu (e.g. img tag)
