I have just purchased BabyStreet theme and I am overally very satisfied.
I like the images included in the imported demo (except product photos).
Can they be used freely or do they need a special license to be purchased in addition?

You can use the images as you wish. They are all from free libraries like freepik.com, unsplash etc.
